Sonic Drive-In

Probably the most consistent fast food restaurant I've ever been to. In my experience, they just get it right. I've never waited an unreasonable amount of time at this location and have always experienced top notch customer service.

I ordered some chili cheese tater tots DoorDash & this is from Sonic and I am highly disappointed with how my food was handled. My order was left out completely unsealed and open, with no care to secure it. The packaging was sloppy and it honestly made me lose my appetite. For a place that serves food to the public, this is unacceptable!!!!! especially with how easy it is for food to get contaminated when it’s not properly sealed. I expected at least basic care in packaging, but this experience was careless and unprofessional. Definitely makes me think twice about returning. Tried speaking with the manager specifically and was told “ you would have to contact 3rd party” this wasn’t the answer I was expecting from someone who is supposed to be professional!!! Spoke with one of the staff

I ordered groovy fries and received, what seemed to be, burger king fries. They weren't even the old style of fries Sonic had. I would have appreciated being told they were out of groovy fries instead of receiving what I got. They weren't even good. This location is usually great, this was just disappointing.

20 minutes for hot dogs. Kitchen one backed up drive-through had no problems getting their orders out. They also don't care. And just make excuses for their short commings Let's not forget the 44 Oz. Of coffee flavored ice. Cuz you want to rip people off..

We ordered our food and literally like 3 min and they were bringing it out. Got home which is right down the road and my burger is a soggy mess to the point it’s falling apart. Pretty obvious that I got a burger that’s been sitting there awhile. Pretty irritating that we pay these prices and receive garbage.
