Sonic Drive-In

We ordered our food, could hardly hear them talking !! Our food came out within 5 minutes , we didnt get all of our order and what food we did get was cold. We have been there often , the food and service keep getting worse . Seems the Sonic we used to Love is gone, we are going to have to find another place to start going.

Typical Sonic location honestly. They have the same menu that all of the other Sonic locations in NEA have. You can get specials and rewards by using the app to order. It is located at a pretty busy intersection so it can take a little more time to exit once you have your order and leave but it usually is not too bad. I have always had good service here and no problems to report.

This Sonic has gone downhill lately and bad. Food is cold (cheese), and gross left over pulled pork. You ask for a plain burger and get everything on the burger. Not just once, but several times. It's like they don't care or care to read or do things properly. They hand out drinks and ice cream with either liquid or the ice cream all over the cups. Mobile orders always get messed up. The store refuses to help even though they've taken your money, too. Management doesn't even care, and I won't be going here until they fix their problems.

Congratulations on the upgrades. The building has curb appeal. I love Sonic for the convenience of ordering a drink on the GO. How Is a stall with just a number out of order? I was unable to enter the number 5 in an order ahead slot. I type 5- enter a few times. I informaed An employee; she said it didn't work. ?How many times did that occur today? Why it's it an out of order sign on the stall? It's COLD outside. Please be considered of your customers and carhoppers when the company's upgrades are not working smoothly. If it's out of order, we need to know as we are pulling into the stall and carhoppers should not have to be apart of simple neglects from management.

You order ahead so you don’t have to wait and the screen will say it’s on it way and you still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before they bring it, and no it’s not cause there busy there can be 2 cars in the stalls or 30 still happens 9 out of 10 times.
