Disappointing Experience Sadly, this place was a big letdown. The young women working looked completely miserable—no smiles, no greetings—just frowns as they handed over the food and walked away. The food was equally disappointing. The fries were undercooked and dripping with grease, while the chicken tenders were so overcooked they were nearly inedible. They were also out of hamburger meat, which left very limited menu options. To top it off, the corn dog was saturated in oil and just plain unappetizing. We waited 15 minutes for properly cooked fries, but by the time they brought them out, we were already done eating what little was edible. We also had to ask for basics like napkins and salt. 9/8/25 8:30 pm.. get a capable staff! Waited 20 minutes for 4 wraps ... then we got the wrong order and sent it back. Then after waiting 15 more minutes we just asked for our money back. Will NEVER be back

Past few weeks not only has their slushee machine been down which is what this establishment is mainly what it's known for but the service is terrible. Ordered two simple sandwiches and was given a huge order that was not mine. Didn't notice till I got home and had to drive all the way back for my meals. When I received my sandwiches both were plain completely..barely any sauce nor lettuce. customer service is poor and It's obvious of the lack of care and management skills for the store overall. Used to be the number one place but this is a huge let down.

Not only did they completely mess up our order they gave us a remake of two completely different versions of our previous order. This place obviously has no type of actual management its rule 1 to check and make sure the customer is getting the right food. Would love to see this place get a whole roster remodel.

This is my corn dog I just received. Hard as rock too….. this place is always like this.
