Sonic Drive-In

My family and I picked up food from there at 10:30 am. We drove to our destination, a bike park 6 minutes away. Got the kids out on their bikes and went to eat and the food was completely inedible. You could have physically cut paper with how hard and sharp the eggs were in my breakfast burrito. We are a few crushed tots and decided to take the order back after kids biked. I tried to call the restaurant. No answer. Went to return the food. Got up to the drive-thru window and said we need our order replaced. Jacob looked at the receipt and said it's been like 2 hours. It had been exactly one hour and 5 minutes. He did not want to replace the food. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager. Then I said look at the egg I was given. I order a large tots around 8:39 am and this what I got—this is unacceptable. This is not $4.21 worth of tots. On top of everything the employees have a bad attitude(Kelly). I will never be coming back to this location. I'm not a cheapskate but this is not right. I should have gone to Chick-fil-A across the street. Never again.

Worst ever, last 2 times they messed up my order and today in good faith I tried again and nobody was home... The lights were on but nobody was there, Eries Sonic sucks too they only ever have one person working but that's them. Idk something has to change Make sonic Great again please we want our tots back

At first I went to one of the stalls and pushed the red button.Nothing ever happened.They should have a sign saying it doesn't work. so I ordered my step online and went to one of the pickup stalls my food got here. It was awful, it was cold. It was gross, I opened app the burrito that I had ordered, and it looked like they just kind of haphazardly threw stuff in there. It was sickening, I will never come to this sonic again, I've had good luck with them, but not the one in superior. So I personally don't suggest it, although they do have some good reviews, but I did not experience that

So sad this location was one of the best and just went down. Tonight we used the drive-in to order blast and the employee we got was so rude. Blonde hair with glasses kept saying she didn't "understand" what we were saying. We speak perfect English. We also had asked for spoons and she responded with "what do you mean?" And looked at us stupid she eventually said they were in the bag which indeed they weren't.
