We figured, oh, Sonic is quick we could probably even eat it there. And… what’s this? An empty sonic? Unheard of! Alas, 25 minutes later, and after a failed transaction in which the “card” button would not even let us tap it, my companions and I were waiting, as a Chevy pickup proceeded to get his/her/their food near instantaneously. After the food arrived, and after the dust settled, we stood there in the frigid weather, sharing the same coat as we were taking shifts, mingling about as adolescents do, and we finally get our food. Me and my daughter went to this particular Sonic at 10:30 pm on October 28th. First, the food took really long to be made. There was NOONE else in the drive thru. Then when the food came we paid and left. Once we got home, we start to eat and the tots were way overcooked and hard the burgers were hard and overcooked also. I called and said if I needed to come up to initiate a refund I would, and was told "don't come up, I will just refund your money within 3 to 5 business days. When I called to ensure my money would be refunded, I was told by Sai in the morning that if I don't get a refund despite it with my bank and that's bull! Waited 35 mins for 3 drinks I ordered in the app. The first 5 to 10 mins were in the mobile pick up spot and no one came out to tell us to go to drive thru. After seeing other cars pull into the parking menu and pull into the drive thru after hitting the button I went to the drive thru. It took another 25 mins to get through. The order for the car in front of me was on the board when I pulled up... 1 route44 cherry limeade. 35 mins they made 4 drinks. I would not use the app here so you aren't stuck waiting because you've already paid. The drinks seemed fine when we did get them. Also beware they only have 5 of the pull in order menus but don't seem to use them and appear to tell people to go to drive through. I saw at least 6 cars just pull off without ordering.

I first received my drink that was coming down the side of the cup that I had to wipe off. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Hot dog was good but my tots were chewy so I ordered fresh ones. They were hot but freezer burned and has something black on a few of them. Too tired from a long travel to go back and get my refund. I wish that I had of read the reviews first. I see why the ratings are low. This is the first Sonic I’ve been with bad service. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We were just at this location and ordered through the app. When we got there an employee came out and told us they were out of ice cream and could not fulfill our entire order or refund it and offered a ridiculous replacement item. Then informed us that he could not refund the item so we had to reach out to online support where Kevin was also unable to refund the item we did not receive and instead offered a gift card for 5$ and a shake that I did not want or ever ordered. All I want is my refund. 0 stars/do not recommend
