Sonic Drive-In

STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY! I just saw a kid RUN OUT of the establishment CRYING!!!! Something is not normal here. I overheard the conversation the kid was having in his car and they said a person by the name of "Jack" said they couldn't take their medication????? I don't know who he was talking to, but the crying boy came up and apologized to me so he was kind, but obviously the person named "Jack" isn't. This is very dangerous and I will never try to come to this establishment ever again. I never got to finish making my decision on my order, but luckily I didn't, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY FOR THIS ABUSER!

Even though this the location off Parker Rd in St Paul is just down the road, we usually go to the locations in surrounding cities. Always a lot of issues at this location, literally always. Two days ago, took a chance and order 2 burger combos. Fries & Tots were 3/4 the way full. Both burgers literally looked like mush. Months back I took another chance just to get a Sonic Blast. Had to park & pull out 4 times because the drive-up systems were down till I found a working one. Ordered only a Sonic Blast and the other cup was covered with ice cream. I asked for napkins and got ONE. When I tried asking for more, I just told her never mind and used some napkins stashed in my truck. No idea why it's so hard to get quality stuff at that location.

I don’t normally complain, especially because I’m also a service worker but this was just downright unacceptable. I got a #3 with a sweet tea and tots, a popcorn chicken a chocolate shake and mozzarella sticks. First they brought me my drinks and just a burger. The shake was the wrong one and he burger wasn’t made right. Didn’t get any of my sides until after telling them I didn’t get it, they asked me if I was sure and I was like I haven’t left this spot since you gave it to me 10 minutes ago, I was waiting to see if the rest came out. So burger was wrong, drink was a coke, wrong shake, and no sides. Wasn’t busy or anything. Just a slow 7 o’clock night for them and they couldn’t get it right. Didn’t even want to bother to go back for a refund cause it would have been a waste of my time.

By far this worst Sonic I have ever been to. Service sucks and most of the time the slushy machine is down. Food taste nasty like it’s a day old. Someone Needs to buy them out in bulldoze it and make it a different drive through. Most kids get out of school and want to come get a slushy but it’s never working! So frustrating

Ordered a mini Cooke dough blast and never have I ever had to request whipped cream in all the years that I’ve frequented sonics all over Texas since childhood. When my blast was delivered without whipped cream, I politely asked the car hop if we could get whipped cream for it and she returned telling me they would have to charge me for it? No where on the menu do they advertise that it’s extra for whipped cream and never has this been an issue but here. Honestly, boo to this place and who ever was managing today
