Sonic Drive-In

I usually dont complain about this sonic because I go at night, and the night cooks are fantastic! However, this morning I went in and there were like 2 cars in the drive-in. I spent $30 through the app and got cold tater tots, they didnt get the sauce i ordered in the bag, the bag was completely stuffed and wasnt abled to be folded, so now all the burritos are 2D. The bag was also super greasy and my pretzel,which by the way has no butter or salt on it, was literally ripped in half and thrown in the bag. Ive literally never had a worst experience and to top it off a manager was the one to bring it out. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

The young lady behind the speaker was very kind and professional in both taking my order and delivering my order to my window. But you can really tell when the kitchen employees don't care because sadly it shows in the food. The order of tots, stail and grease soaked and honestly seamed like a "re-dip", my BLT on a regular bun, burnt bun, soggy with entirely to much mayo, and over grown with lettuce shrubbery. The bacon, what I found of it was crumbled, burnt to an unpleasant powder and buried beneath everything else. My mango sprite has so much mango syrup in it its not even drinkable. My wife's breakfast burrito also had the "re-dipped" tots which made everything else inside it taste of fryer oil. Why? Why is it so hard to get a decent meal anymore? The sonic smash burger needs to stay, its very underrated and absolutely the best burger they got. The shakes are still the best and the service is great. Definitely recommend trying the peanut butter cup shake with the smash burger.

Looks pretty rundown. Food was not as good as other locations I've been to. This is my second time here and the food was only slightly better than the first. Th first it was cold and way past the promised time from the app order. Too bad this is the location nearest me because I think I'll skip on sonic for now.

Staff was great, music on point, food was a little lack luster with pickles on a burger that shouldn't have had them.
