Sonic Drive-In

I really like the food here, burgers, tots, dogs, all tastey. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed and the carhops are great. But the portions for the sides are a rip off. The large sides come with the same amount of food as the small sides and most recently I order a large onion ring side for $6 and got 6 small pieces of food. Putting small portions in a large container is not acceptable.

The food is always great. The service wasn't bad either. I chose this location because it has an indoor dining room. There were a few things I didn't like: Firstly, the dining room seats - the seats had cushion backs but a plain, flat hard board for the seats. If it is to encourage customers to not stay long, it works. After about ten minutes, my bottom was really hurting. Secondly, when they bring out the food I wish they’d offer a tray to eat on. Some foods are difficult to pour out and put sauce on (like fries). Thirdly, we ordered three meals but they only gave mints for two. It turns out I’m diabetic anyway, but it would be nice if they attended to such details. At the same time, they gave us exactly three napkins, not quite enough for all the food we had. I’ve been going to Sonic ever since it first opened, but lately the wait times have been absolutely terrible. The other night, I went to get some chicken fingers, and when I opened the bag, I was shocked at what I saw — one of the pieces looked completely inappropriate. Even my grandmother was shocked . This really isn’t the time or place for jokes.

After ordering through DoorDash and waiting for 2 hours it was evident that our order was not arriving. I called the store and Skyla was more than happy to assist in rectifying the issue. It appeared as though a door dasher had picked up the order then cancelled. But Skyla saved the day, remaking the order for the next dasher to come pick it up. Thank you Skyla for the phenomenal customer service and ensuring we received our order.

I had an awesome experience at this Sonic Drive-Thru! The food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely perfect-exactly what I was craving. Everything tasted just right, from the fries being crispy to the burger being cooked just how I like it. The service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, fast, and made sure everything in my order was spot on. I'll be coming back for sure!
