Sonic Drive-In

Just sat for almost 40 minutes for a burger, fries, and medium drink. It was a mobile order placed in advance, after I got checked in nothing ever came out and by this point I’m late to go back to work from my 30 minute lunch break. Got there at 12:27 and checked in. It was 1:06and I hit the speaker again and asked about my food. She said oh yeah it’s sitting here. They immediately bring it out and I start to leave. I’m going down the road and the fries are ice cold. At this point I’m already so late getting back to work I have no time to turn around and wait again for food that isn’t cold and soggy. Incredibly frustrating. It’s clear it was forgotten and had been sitting there a long time and yet they still handed it off with cold food like rubbing salt into the wound. Also FYI it’s bett

Definitely don’t let the app round up your total automatically and make sure you are aware of what the app does. if you’re planning to leave a cash tip. I went to Sonic Drive-In today to pick up an order for my brother’s girlfriend while she was on her break. She had told me what she wanted so I just put it in on the app then put the order in, and I just went to grab it. The total was around $6, and I had $3 in cash ready to give to the carhop in my hand out of the window. The girl who first handled the order on headset gave me kind of rude vibes, but I brushed it off. I figured maybe she was just having a bad day, and she wasn’t even the one bringing the food anyway.. Then the carhop came out, though, she handed me the food with an attitude and just said, “Here.” It caught me off guard.

And a sit and wait 10 minutes for my food got my food my burger is cold. The lady took my order feel like she's had attitude The girl that came brought me my food she likes she was mad as I'll get out. I come through Smithville at least eight times a month. There's not much here so I guess people just got to put up with this kind of customer service. It's a pity now on I will just stop next to their competitor and I do not want to mention their name because they'll take this post down but there's another one that's a queen and she's has excellent customer service they're at their restaurant she knows how to smile and wait on customers and read them pleasantly so now I'll do my business there

Ordered 3 combo meals and they charged for one and the other two rang them up individually. Why would they do that is my question. The speaker they couldn’t hear and had to almost yell the order 3 times for them to get it wrong. The app wasn’t working as usual with this sonic or my meals would have been a bit cheaper. When this was brought to the server they were rude about it. Not a problem at all because I don’t have to go back and get crap services. And I posted the receipt so you can see for yourself.

This Sonic's breakfast crew is always on point, but after about 9 or 10, service and quality are slow and terrible. I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito today and barely got more than a tortilla and eggs. It had a little meat on it and no cheese at all. No idea how you can forget to add the cheese to an ultimate meat and cheese burrito. The early morning crew is the only redeeming quality for this location.
