Sonic Drive-In

Your "footlong" coney is only 10.5" **Also the bun is 10" and 9" of chili & cheese** And there's not much in there... plus the dog itself is much thinner than I remember. What happened to the thick "actual" footlongs overflowing with chili & cheese? Don't rip people off, advertise it honestly and let people decide for themselves.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with Sonic over the years. But the past few times I have gone the food has been fresh! not cold! my order has been right! I have gotten all the condiments i requested!! and napkins!!! and the car hop person has been really nice! so thank you 😊

Waited at a stall for over 10 minutes and no one took our order gave up and jumped in the drive thru. There was one car that was placing their order for 20 minutes. The next car in line sat at the speaker for over 15 before anyone even said a word to them. We finally got to the speaker and placed our order. Was were in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of us. Also the tots container was half empty.

Went there yesterday and all the stalls were closed, had to go through the long drive through line. Then get up to the speaker and ordered a #6 which is a hot dog can be all american or coney style. I asked for the coney style. And was argued with and I quote "A coney dog is by definition a footlong" so I could not get that but could get a hot dog with cheese and chili. Maybe the employee should learn that a coney dog is a style and not a length of hot dog, since they are the ones serving it. Hopefully nobody gets overcharged ordering the wrong hot dog.

We get there wait an hour to even get our food (it was an online order to). They messed up gave us someone else order for my husband's meal forgot our frys and was just over all lazy. Not worth it never coming again. This was our first and only experience here. If I was the owner id clean house.
