Sonic Drive-In

I've been to this location a few times, and it's just so much worse than other Sonics. 1st time was fine the 2nd time it took them over 15 minutes to take my order cause they couldn't hear through the intercom, so I asked them to come to me in person. Turns out no one in the restaurant at the time could speak English (which I don't blame the employee for, I blame the management) I waited 20 minutes for them to come out with only 2 burritos when I ordered 5. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest of my food. I had to wait nearly an hour and was late from my lunch break even with only 2 other cars in the parking lot for 2 burritos, and 3 small burritos. Very friendly staff however the language barrier makes it difficult to get your order correct. I have been back twice and both times my order was incorrect and ended up paying more for add ons that I didn’t order. The food was still amazing and they are at least trying to learn and arr willing to work. When I called their corporate number to inquire about a refund for being overcharged, they didn’t seem eager to help me or even offer me something in return for my troubles. Not even a coupon and sonic never has coupons other then their happy hour which I am never available between the bourse of 2-4.

Do you guys even want people coming to buy food. Places like this used to exist for the sole purpose of driving in to eat and now there are only 3 slots to drive up to. It would be nice if the cargo would even speak too. This is what we are coming to, no human connection, make doing business as hard as possible because why, some app! No thanks! I love Sonic but this is terrible!

AVOID THIS PLACE! My elderly mother made an app order with a tip. When she was there to get her food they claimed she didn't pay. After two workers argued back and forth they decided that she infact DID pay and finally gave her the food. Incompetence on a level never seen before! Even by fast food standards!!!!
