Sonic Drive-In

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever received at a Sonic anywhere (including those in other states. We were treated so badly over the intercom that we didn't order and we left. That's in the hometown I grew up in. What's this world coming to?

Every time I have come to Sonic in the last 3 weeks, they do not have any ice cream. So many of their order kiosk are not on and/or not working. Wouldn't give me the option to pay with a credit card, have to wait for someone to come to the car. My bill was $48.00 for 3 people and no ice cream. The young lady taking the order was pleasant. The young lady that delivered our food was very helpful and friendly. I ordered a #10 crispy chicken sandwich, but when I got it, there was no lettuce on the sandwich. To me, this is important because I am glutin intolerant and can't eat the roll, so I use the lettuce as my bread. I will just go to Wendy's from now on or run an hour to Pueblo.

Stalls were broken. Place was not clean. We were on a road trip and discovered 10 mins down the road that all our food is wrong and covered in raw onions. We couldn't eat any of it. Gross. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this was bad and there was nothing else around.

If you like waiting for 30 minutes to get ahold of someone to fix an order they messed up then THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!

Using the app makes my sonic trips so easy and less wait time. Food is almost always nice and fresh!
