Me and my boy friend haven't been to the sonic in pocola oklahoma in a while. Highly recommend. We ordered 2 vanilla dr. peppers 1 with extra vanilla and one with easy vanilla and they WROTE on the cups for easy differentiation AND actually did it CORRECTLY. It was a phenomenal experience and greatly appreciated the service!
Me and my daughter came to get ice cream tonight and the service was horrible. I waited 15 minutes for two Oreo blast and there was only one other car there. The lady who brought me my order was rude and didn’t even say one word to me the entire time giving me my order. Plus once we finally got our ice cream the Oreos in the blast were stale and tasted awful so I ended up just throwing it away anyway 😭😭. Very disappointed
The Sonic at Pocola use to be one of the best Sonics anywhere around, but that has drastically changed! I don't know if it's new management or what but it takes forever to get waited on, too often they don't have what you want and the food is usually cold by the time you get it. You can look through the reviews and tell something needs to be done to improve this Sonic. Nobody should have that many 1 star reviews.
The food is not cooked the same every day. It depends on who is making the food, i guess. Also, your food is brought out to you way too fast to be fresh. Dose not taste fresh neather. Half the stals are busted. In reason this sonic is in business because they are the only fast food restaurant in pocola.
That new smashburger is delicious. Best fast food burger by far and beats most new fad smashburger shops and for half the price!
