Sonic Drive-In

Asked for a dirty dr pepper with “light ice” & i got 80% ice , this is not the first time i asked for light ice and they go overboard with the ice…

I ordered an Ultimate Burrito and waited 15 minutes. When I finally got it and took a bite, I found a never ending hairball inside. I returned it politely, but then had to wait another 10 minutes before they even asked me again what I had ordered only to get my order wrong. No apology, no goodbye, no refund. Absolutely unacceptable. Never coming back.

Sonic lover here and today is the first day I’m checking out this new Sonic. I saw so many negative reviews so wanted to see what was going on but all I can say is 1. The negative comments are Karen’s or 2. Don’t want people coming here? The food was great, the intercom was working perfectly( I even payed with my card ) the person was friendly and the atmosphere music was overall nice. I HOPE people also understand that is is a NEW place meaning they are prone to make mistakes in the beginning, I don’t know think it’s fair to leave a angry comment instead of asking them to fix the issue. If they are rude or don’t want to help then I would understand the negativity. As someone who checks out the reviews, I hope this review helps anyone feel at ease 💓

They hired someone i know and fired them for calling off 2x when they didn’t even explain their policy, they're rude and don't even let their patties cook good. (Rest of the food is fine)

Re-reviewing this location! Had vastly improved! Good job! Well served and timely manner. Improved in staff and on delivery of bag food additional tray for large meals good move🙂 Keep it up!👍Will give the additional star if consistency is present!
