Sonic Drive-In

I have been enjoying the 1/2 off deal after 7 and while in town seeing family I went to this specific location to pick up my app order of 3 shakes this evening. I received my shakes relatively quickly once arriving but also noticed there were no graham crumbs on any (I ordered 2 cheesecake ones) I asked them if they were SURE they were strawberry cheesecake shakes and not something else as to which he assured they were strawberry cheesecake. Once we arrived home and we started to enjoy them we noticed none of the drinks were cheesecake and the drink I had also had chocolate shavings, brownie pieces and a small amount of peanut butter(thank goodness I'm not allergic) And realized that only 1 (strawberry cheesecake) was mostly melted. So disappointed

The BEST Sonic around in every aspect! Way better than Friendswood location! We get a certain drink here all the time. Was in Friendswood and thought we’d stop in for the same. Terrible. Threw it out. This location is the best and the people who work here are very personable and get to know their customers! Love them!

I was stolen from by one of the employees working at this location seeing how comfortable she was doing it made it feel like this wasn’t the first time. i’d given her cash and card. The first time she came back she said that the card declined, which was weird because I didn’t get a notification on my phone saying it has been declined. anywhere. I asked if she was sure that it declined. she said “yes,” so I handed her a different card and asked her how much I gave her and change she said “$1.67” and counted it out to me so it came as a surprise when I saw that my card was charged for 4.10 which was the full price. to further add the shift in attitude after I asked about the cash I’d gave her earlier made it seem like she was annoyed by the question.

Love sonic and the app improvements are great. It’s gotten a ton better.

Asked for jalapeños on my chili cheese fries, got 3 of them. Edit The 4 jalapeños for +0.80 upcharge as "regular" in the amount settings
