They can’t ever get your order right it’s every single time I go there is atleast one if not multiple items missing or not made properly it’s honestly pretty ridiculous seeing how this is one of the very limited selection of fast food places in parsons it’s getting pretty old I don’t know if it’s management and not being taught properly or what but yall definitely need to get it under control oh and when I tried to call to speak with the manager my calls were ignored like they’re just to busy to answer the phone but there was multiple people standing around inside the store.

I don't have money. I'm just another country dwelling dude. I live in the hills. Don't have the luxury to spend on "fast food". Such a joke man. Like they ain't even trying. 12.14$ for the smallest stale fries and a flip flopped over grease ball of a "cheese burger" bruh. 🫠✌️

Loud teens, to be expected in small town, and loved that to be honest. It was the fact every time we go to eat there, our burgers are NEVER correct. It's not complicated, sonic burger no onion or tomato. However, it's always got both them. I'm not sure that problem, but it's different people every time. So can't be one line cook, one waitress, one car hop. Fix that and I'll gladly give you 5 stars. THE place is clean, carhops are perfect southern bells, and everything else is always good.

The lady tried ringing up my bun and patty separate saying it was cheaper, literally cost 4 dollars more after charging for condiment, and .25 for ketchup. I asked for a normal combo meal and they refused to service me and said no! It's cheaper this way I promise! It was super sketchy and weird because they refused to just give me a number 5 combo. We will route around this area for all future travel plans and I'd suggest you all do the same.

So my wife ordered a milkshake and a pretzel and I was eating my milkshake and once I lifted my spoon I noticed that there was a piece of hair on it and the name to the order was from Brook madison
