Sonic Drive-In

Corn dog was beyond overcooked. It was dry. There were no condiments in the bag. That means no ketchup and no mustard. So you can only imagine how it felt to consume these things without any condiments. And I know you see how my chili dogs look. The staff wasn't sure if they charged us or not, so they had to run our card back again and then took a whole 2 centuries to return back to our car. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Never thought I'd dislike a fast food place so much ever.

The food is ok but the service is horrendous. Everytime i order from sonic it takes an hour to an hour and a half for 1 burger and drink. The management is incredibly rude as well, I have been cussed at through the drive through for simply correcting them on my order

Took almost an hour to get our food. When they brought the food out there were items missing. When we asked for a manager we were told we would have to wait for the manager that was here when we placed our order to get back. When we asked a second time for the manager we were told we would have to give them a minute. We finally got most of our food and a manager still never came out. We finally gave up and left.

I’m appalled. We ordered on the app and were told the ice cream machine was broken. That wasn’t the entire issue, the issue was when we got home the snack wrap was poorly put together and the mozzarella sticks were hard like they tasted stale. I’m truly disappointed with this location. Never going again.

Update.... 2 months later..... faster this time but they still choose to not mix the blast... come on guys.... So I'm writing this review in frustration. In the past I've had issues here and not said anything but tonight puts a pin in it. In the past, I've ordered the chicken finger meal and the gravy was pretty much water. The consistency was water. Sure, it looked like gravy, white with pepper, but it was water thin. Tonight, I ordered an Oreo blast. I sat outside waiting for about 10 min. I had to press the button to ask where it was before they would deliver it. Once delivered, I noticed it was very black under the lid. I opened it to find a handful of oreos tossed on top of a cup full of ice cream. It wasn't mixed at all whatsoever. So I've marched back to find out why this is the
