Sonic Drive-In

Attempted to order a slush. Waited about 10 minutes- when I pushed the button to ask about it. They never took it in the first place. Then couldn’t ring up a lemon strawberry slush. Initially brought me the wrong order, then waited again for the slush. The whole interaction was over 20 minutes for a 5 dollar slush. Super disappointing. Sonic isn’t what it used to be.

They are using super nice. especially kassi but the manager joel has a big attitude when i told him they made my drink wrong after i put light ice in my drink on the app. i told him it was wrong and he said “that is how i always make it” in a very disrespectful tone. i am very disappointed in the manager.

Made a mobile order for this location. When I picked it up, I noticed I was missing an order of tots and a shake. No big deal it's whatever, so I hit the button and let them know. This chick decided to get an attitude and literally argue with me about these 2 items being missing. Finally she agreed to have them sent out. When I got the stuff, they brought the shake and not the tots. So again I gotta hit the button and deal with more attitude. If you hate your job so much, go find a different one.

The food here was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The service here was the best and also the fastest service I have ever had from a Sonic in years. The atmosphere was good a Sonic drive through experience. The parking lot and ordering stall were very clean, and the trash cans were not overflowing. This Sonic location looks like the owner and employees care. 👍👍 we will definitely be back to this Sonic.

Had a burger and drink with my grandson sitting at a table in front of the location. Very fast and friendly service and the Smashburger with bacon was fresh and hot! Very pleased.
