Sonic Drive-In

Quick stop passing thru. Very nice and polite lady delivered our food to the truck and apologized about being out of pepper. I just want to say..."thank you for the smile on your face!" Chef in the kitchen for a great burger upholding the consistency of the awesome smash burger.

We stopped at the Norton, Kansas Sonic. Bad decision! We went inside to eat. We waited 1/2 hour to get our food. I had to ask for it. My husband ordered #9. He got a chili burger instead of a chicken sandwich. The employee taking counter orders insisted he ordered a chili burger. Maybe if she had taken her headphones off she would have heard correctly. She got rude and insisted she was right. She offered a chicken sandwich "on the house". It was not "on the house" because he had already paid for it. She said rudely, "Well, you got something to eat. That's all that matters." Then we noticed my husband did not get the coke he ordered. I had to bang on the kitchen doors to get anyone's attention. I got an Oreo cheesecake shake and it was just delicious and has been by far the best looking one I’ve gotten. I’ve honestly never been dissatisfied but this just deserves a review.

We're from out of town and were running errands. Couldn't find anything on our list, and then tried to find a meal. After going to 3 restaurants and finding all of them closed (because it's a Monday), we went to Sonic on the highway. Sign on door said we're short staffed today, please be patient. But the young woman taking our order and delivering it to our table couldn't have been sweeter. Fast food is never more than a 4, but the service was a 10.

This was one of my worst experiences yet at a Sonic's drive thru I went to get burritos this morning for breakfast after driving 30 mi one way... Store was supposed to be open no one answers the drive-thru the telephone or the driver windows.left and come back finally got somebody to come to the drive-thru waited for food that was ice cold literally... I don't recommend this sonics to anyone.. received a text message after calling corporate from the manager I'm assuming .... Pretty much got told that I don't wait that long and there was nothing wrong with my food ... I can promise you on my mama that food was so cold I could fill it comeing threw the bag cold.... It don't matter if I waited 4 minutes or 15 the food should be hot 165 degrees is the minimum temp for food not to make you sick
