Sonic Drive-In

I tried to go through the drive thru at 9:30ish tonight. I was waiting for a good while, and a few cars had come up behind me. All I wanted was a peppermint shake and they were cleaning the machine? At 9:30 at night? Also sonic is one of the few places in Newport to get ice cream, and you are going to close it down an HOUR AN A HALF before you close?

Came through town traveling from NC, ordered two burgers, drinks and tots. Let me tell, that was the foulest burger I’ve ever had. Tasted old and dried out. The cups with our drinks smelled like old fry grease, I had to just throw it away. The service was quick but now I know why. Do not recommend! Irritated I wasted $17 and my time writing this review.

They are always super sweet, but for the love of all things good they never genuinely listen when I order. Every single time I order a shake I tell them no whipped cream, half the time they even repeat "no whip" to me. And still every time I get my shakes it has whip. I just came by with my partner and it was the same issue. I also ordered a medium cheddar peppers and for 6 in a bag I got one pack of ranch. That was pretty disappointing.

We Door Dashed our dinner tonight. But unfortunately I was unable to eat my burger. The hamburger patties were old, and the burger cold. They didn't even seal the bag. My dasher called me to inform me of this, and that he folded down the bag. But when I called Sonic's the girl that answered the phone, lied to me and said yes it was sealed, but there is no seal residue or anything on the bag. And the bag it's self was too small for my whole order, but they crammed everything in it. I was very disappointed

Went to sonic today and got the chicken tenders and got back home just to realize they were raw and bloody. It was a waste of time and money. If your kids eat chicken tenders please check them first. The chicken tenders floppy because of how raw they were.
