Sonic Drive-In

HAIR IN BURGER!! Full refund is pending. Both females what I could see from the drive through had there hair down. Blast had no cookie dough in it and is made of soft serve so it milky and melted. Tried contacting higher management through link listed in a review below and the link is a dead end with no contact information. Will not be returning #shutdown

Received watered down tea, almost clear, tasted like water. Cake back, no apology, just a " we can remake it for you". You should teach all employees to apologize to the customer 1st, then see what can be done to correct it.

Had a hankering for a burger and saw their Sonic Smashers which looked great. Went and got 2 double smashers. Was looking forward to that crispy goodness but only got microwaved garbage. The meat was not crispy and just luke warm. The cheese was slapped on and not even close to melted. Now if this was only on one burger and the other was amazing I would maybe forgive but this was mirrored on BOTH burgers! Stick to the ice cream guys.

Sat in the stall for about 20 minutes, pressed the button 5 times, saw a girl look out the window at my car after I pressed the button the first time, pick her nose and ignore me. Even walked right by me and delivered food to the car a few stalls down from me. Went through the drive through and they proceeded to get our order wrong and not put any sauces in the bag that we asked for. Just a bunch of younger kids working, not a manager in sight. Or at least no one seemed to be management at all. Will not be back unfortunately.

Bugs in the pickle drink! Food was served cold and the chicken was as hard as a rock. So I called the number and put in a complaint as directed…I haven’t heard anything since…I don’t think the owners actually care that they have a dirty facility and bugs in their drinks.
