Sonic Drive-In

So my husband and I broke down at the gas station right up the road. We did a long time or someone to come along to help. This gentleman was nice to help. Once we got back on the road again, we stopped at sonic and that’s where Jennifer the GM greeted us at Drive thru. Super nice lady. I asked if there was Public restrooms and she said yes in the back of the building. I didn’t think there was one. Was so grateful and the other lady that was working with her greeted me at the back door to show me where it was at. Jennifer had told me already but it was nice to get met. Then before I got back, Jennifer had brought out our order to the car. Little does she know how she made our night. We are not from this area in the customer service that we received from these two ladies were amazing. Can’t

Individual at the drive-thru was friendly and down-to-earth. Food arrived quickly. Banana milkshakes were fantastic. In regards to the food, I ordered "add mustard" and that what was on the receipt, but the burger came with lots o' mustard. The burger was mostly bun, mustard, and diced onions. Was barely able to taste the beef. Will this dissuade us from eating Sonic in the future? No way! We love Sonic, but the sandwhich-maker must have thought it was "extra mustard." We plan on eating Sonic again in a couple of weeks.

I’m not one to post negative reviews for organizations but after this experience, it’s definitely warranted. I also don’t like to toss around the Veteran card, But after the rude service that I received today, and the fact that not only was I wearing a United States Army hat, but also an Army sweatshirt and my vehicle highly decorated with military paraphernalia, shouldn’t have been any question as to who they were talking to. My wife and I stopped in to order a quick lunch, we placed our order at 11:45 AM, at 11:55 AM. We was approached and ask if we had the order for Brooklyn, which neither of us have the name Brooklyn. The employee then went to the vehicle next to us and gave them that order. We then had to wait an additional 20 minutes and watched numerous cars come and go and still we

Every time We stop here, no matter the day or time, we have good food and service. You can go through drive-thru or My Favorite,Order in your cars parking spot. You are not rushed, you push the button when you feel ready to order. It's nice to be able to have enough time to look at the whole menu. They also have breakfast all day! And

the experience i had at my local sonic was horrendous. the lady taking my order was extremely rude and refused to help our situation. i order the correct drink, it came out wrong so i told the employee. she then made us order another drink and pay for it. the second drink also came out wrong. in the end, we payed for 2 drinks that were wrong . please fix your staff.
