Extremely disappointed! I used the app, so my order would be ready when I arrived and it said it would be there at 1105. When I arrived and input, the stall number, it showed it was busy so I pushed the red button and told the guy I was there, giving him my order and name. I was told my order was ready and it would be right. It was 1122 before I received my order! The food was cold and shake melted. The car hop was very rude! Needless to say, I will never go back to this sonic!!!
Great service, good food. 3 family members and myself went during lunch time and it was really fast. Didn't wait long at all. We ordered the Number 3 combos and a Bacon egg and cheese toaster combo. Foot was hot and delicious. Our server was very polite and had any condiments we needed. The only thing I didn't like was we ordered 4 combos and only got 2 napkins in our bag. Now everyone knows who messy their burgers can be so the 2 napkin thing was a let down. Didn't want to hit the call button just for more napkins so we made due but the food was great and luckily we didn't have a big mess trying to eat n the car while we were there.
That smash burger combo is awesome!
Terrible customer service. Had to go back 3 times to still get my order wrong! They had an attitude, and one girl was laughing. I’ll never come back.
The smasher meal is great. The food was fresh and the drink was great. Will be back, when going back to Memphis.
