Sonic Drive-In

One of the worst Sonic locations ever. Only one person working. I ordered on the app and the person checked me in already when I had arrived. Most of the drive-in stalls did not work. The Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger was stale, cold, and did not look or taste like it was supposed to be. No grilled onions, only mayo and onions mixed together no garlic. The "large" pickle fries seemed like a small order. The cherry limeade did not have a lime or cherry in it. I will NEVER go to this location again.

5-Star Review for Sergio (11/15 at 6:33 PM – Loveland, CO, 45th Street Location) I just have to give HUGE recognition to Sergio. Tonight the store was busy and he was working completely by himself. Even with a long line, he handled everything with patience, professionalism, and incredible work ethic. I don’t know why he was the only one on shift, but he managed it all — and honestly, wow. Employees like him deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Sergio, for giving exceptional service under pressure!

Waited for the screen for about 5 minutes, decided it must not be working. Pulled into the drive through waited about 12 minutes to order and waited about 8 minutes for food once at window. Truck behind me left BFR getting their food. Will not be going back to this location.

I waited in line for over 15 minutes in the drive thru and all I had ordered was the new chocolate strawberry shake that they had pictured on the menu. I was told they only had sizes mini or large which was weird but I went ahead and ordered the large. I literally am posting pics of what I ordered vs what I got. It’s despicable to say the least. I questioned the man at the window why it didn’t have chocolate whipped cream like the photo showed and he said “oh yeah, no” …. Like what the hell kid of answer is that?! So I drove off and went to the sonic by Denver avenue and they very friend and quickly replaced my shake with the correct version of what it should have looked like and also explained all sizes are optional, not just mini and large. I am normally impressed with Sonic. This sonic served HORRIBLE food. The food didn't take long. However when the food did get to us it was cold. The tater tots had been sitting for awhile. They tasted stale. The cheese sticks weren't warm at all. The onion rings weren't cooked correctly and hard to eat. The kids chicken was cold and tasted like it had been nuked instead of cooked. The hamburger was cold. We had to ask twice for dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Oh and the kids tater tots were just left in the bag. Now some bag tots are to be expected but they had ALL fallen out of the container! When we let them know how bad the food was all we got was an apology. At least offer a refund or to recook the food! The only thing that came out right was the kids apple juice!
