Sonic Drive-In

First off, the girl that took our order wasn't sure if they could add onions and mustard to our footlong chili dogs. What? Second, we asked for light ice for my large drink, and my drink was packed so full of ice. Seriously? All Sonic restaurants over-fill the ice, but when light ice is requested, please oblige the customer's request. Do they even listen? Lastly, incorrect change was given. In this current state of doing business in 2024, workers seem to think they can keep a customer's change as a tip. No! Give the customer their change fully, and then the customer will top you if they choose to do so. Here's a Pic of the ice in my large drink. Slow down and really listen to your customers or you'll lose them.

If the lid doesn't fit , dont keep trying to make it fit especially when it's ice cream oozing out of the cup and making a mess. I will never eat there and pick up orders from there again,,that is by far the worse sonic I've ever been too. Awful!!!!

Our Sonic here is pretty good. Service is always pretty quick. I like the garlic butter burger better than the smash burger (which I tried today). I'm not much into the chain ff places, but I'm watching 5 grandkids tonight, so Sonic is it. Only issue was the fries were skimpy. Got 5 mediums and the none of the boxes were full. Heck, I didn't even get to charge the fry tax. Don't let that stop you though. Their burgers are alway hot and juicy.

Sonics are considered an institution all their own in my home state of Oklahoma. You can't go wrong with any of their menu items. Always made to order & with fresh quality ingredients. Anytime I pull into a Sonic, it takes me back to my high-school days. Coming from a small town, we had nothing to do but drive around. Back in the day, managers would often let us teenagers hang out with our friends as long as we didn't cause trouble. We always bought something to eat & weren't freeloaders. Most have 2 outside tables to sit at. A Sonic cheeseburger & cherry limeade was my go-to. Btw Sonic headquarters is located in Oklahoma City. It's been a few months since I'd been to this location. So, going home this evening, I was tired & didn't wanna cook, but I picked the WORST evening to stop. Every
