Sonic Drive-In

So, Sonic is everywhere across Arkansas, and it is my go-to for quick beverages. But y'all, why does the app suck? Why no true loyalty program? And, seriously, what is up with the size of burgers? I often drop by when heading to a shoot to grab a cup of hot black coffee and a cup.of ice - because iced coffees are only offered with some form of cream and sweetener. I really prefer black, unsweetened coffee. Thankfully a coffee (which only comes in the one soze) poured over a large cup of Sonic ice equals exactly a large black iced coffee, like it was meant to be that way. Coffee isn't included in any of the beverage discount promotions, and each Sonic charges anywhere from 25 cents to $1.19 for a cup of ice. Everything was fine besides the food I ordered and american dog and it is my fault I didnt check it until I got home but thats mainly because I thought it was impossible to mess up mustard, ketchup, relish and onions but I got this abomination. Honestly just come on.

Honestly every time I go it’s great plus they always say yes ma’am! The worker was calling back my order to me and I said oh I needed a small not a mini but she had already began to make it the wrong size and she fixed it no problem and even gave me the wrong size ice cream and my correct one no extra charge! So I got a free ice cream! They always have sooooo many toppings in the blasts I love it. I never write reviews but figured they deserved it!

The manager on duty tonight August 30th is totally incompetent. After getting my order wrong and having to go back to get it redone the manager was talking about us to the other employees. Then they make the order wrong again. Food was awful. Too expensive for this! Where is the cheese in the mozzarella sticks??? And the grilled cheese is pathetic and missing the tomato I ordered and paid for.

This is actually the worst Sonic I have ever been to. The carhops are fine, could be a little more happy. But it’s sad when the manger has a nasty,snarky and unwelcoming tone. The lady’s name was “Tera” she took my order on the headset but she was just so bitter about it. She then came out to the car, she smelled straight like marijuana didn’t even TRY to cover it up. I’m not sure if she was a manager, but she had a shirt unlike the rest of the employees. Whoever the general manager is, please fix this. I should not feel like I’m a burden. Your job is to make the customer feel welcomed, not like an unwanted peace of trash. Try putting some good examples and leaders in at manger, not terrible followers. Never. Ever. Going. To. Another. Sonic.
