Tacos are good chips were stale never had that happen before ordered cheese dip didn't get it until meal was over very unusual don't know what was going on .normally agood place to eat. Server did apologize said she just forgot.

Horrible experience here. Not what I ordered and we were the only ones there. No other people to place an order. No tomatoes that I paid extra money for and no sausage in the burrito. This place will not be visited by me again.

Lake City Sonic is one of the better ones in our area, unlike the Manila Sonic which sucks!

Great experience! They got my order wrong, and I didn't realize until I got home, so I went back up there to get it fixed, and they went above and beyond what was necessary to fix it! My husband and I were very impressed by the great customer service! 👏

Where do I start. We ordered the screen showed our order to be correct. When the order was brought to our vehicle it was completely wrong over half of it was missing and the part we did receive was burnt beyond recognition. We asked to speak to the manager on duty and the little girl Tiff told us she was the manager. Then she told us she could go fix the order but it would cost more we told her to just nevermind. Then when I picked my burger up to eat, the bottom bun was covered in mold. We brought it to Tiff's attention and we asked for our money back. After waiting 21 minutes she gave us $7 back. So i guess we paid almost $13 for a Jr cheeseburger plain and a small grape slush.
