Sonic Drive-In

Stopped in after work to get a bite to eat and I would like to thank sonic for there great customer service and good tasting food. Carolyn is a great addition with her smile and great recommendations. She was very informative and had helped me with my app when needed. Tunnel up to Ruben on the food, great job!!

We love Erica at Sonic of Kerens. She is there in the mornings when I drop my kids off at school and she always has a smile on her face and when I come in with questions or requests, she is very helpful. A good addition to the team!

12-05-26 the cashier was very rude to my husband, we got 2 burritos 1 with only egg, cheese, tots and sausage, 2 medium cheese sticks and a grilled cheese, my husband asked to make sure the picante was in the bag, the cashier got defensive saying it would be extra and how “all condiments are extra” , but we ordered burritos, you automatically get picante unless you ask for extra. She absolutely refused until my husband asked for the manager and her comment was “ she’ll say the same” few seconds later comes back “ It’ll be in the bag” then the food came out completely wrong. I usually love this location but tonight was definitely a let down.

Great sonic location. Erica up front is so friendly, helpful and efficient. Brittany was the cook today and our food was hot, fresh, and delicious… as always ❤️❤️

Could not get answer kept hanging up. From out of town tried to place order for pick up. Staying in local hotel. Employees dont identify themselves when you call in after 3pm. Tried several times. Very dissatisfied.Very dissatisfied. Understand rush from 2 to 5 for happy hour. New sonic was recommended from local family.
