Sonic Drive-In

I was really disappointed with my recent order. The food arrived cold and was clearly not up to standard. On top of that, I ordered chicken tenders and was given a chicken patty instead, which wasn't even mentioned as a substitution. It felt lazy and misleading. The overall quality was poor the food lacked flavor, freshness, and care. When you're paying for a meal, basic things like correct items and proper temperature should be a given. This experience was a letdown, and I'd be hesitant to order again unless there are major improvements.

I have been to this Sonic many times and every single time I get great hot delicious food! I wanted to add a young lady at the drive through the other day (Breanna) not sure of spelling.....she was very professional that it really impressed me! For her to truly care about a customer (me) and make sure that I was happy when I left with everything that I ordered! She is going places in her future! She was not one to have an attitude like many kids in Jarrell so I was super impressed with her! Thank you young lady!! Sonic food has really stepped up to the plate and I love it every time I get it here!! Thank you to all who work here!!!

Tonight, sonic let us down for our order. It was very unpleasant. We asked for a hotdog with no mustard and on top of that we got the all American. Why did it come out with only custard and ketchup. Then the corn dog we got was not done correctly and the drink was watered down. I’m just very displeased!!!!!

I will say I like the ambience and the total feel of the new Sonics, especially at night. The service here hasn't been too bad. Had some nice and not-so-nice car-hops. I used to be a car-hops as a teenager. I tip decently every time. The drinks/ice cream have been great so whomever is running fountain is doing a good job. The food hasn't disappointed until tonight. This chili-cheese coney is very sad. Where's the chili? Not much cheese to look at. I had to scrape the chili from the sides of the carton to get a decent bite. I'm on the border of 3 or 4 stars, but the not-so-good service at times, and the really bad coney today, has me settled at 3. Went to this location for a Peppermint Brownie Master shake. Paid for a peppermint brownie shake. Received a shake with just peppermint pieces in it. Logged online and made a complaint as soon as we got home and discovered this - About 20 minutes later. Was told that it could not be refunded online so would need to talk to the store and they would be in touch. The store contacts me a full 24 hours later and then says they can't refund because it's a different date now and they can't do refunds from different dates. Despite the fact that the complaint was made the same day as the issue. This is the second time we have been shorted at this location this month. The other order was about a three weeks ago and was for a cookie dough blast with extra cookie dough and caramel. I did not
