Sonic Drive-In

I’m so glad I made the decision to pull in and order here! I had the best carhop experience I’ve ever had! La’nae is on top of things. She’s kind, friendly, and even though she was busy, she took the time to chat with me for a moment. She answered my question professionally and personably. She definitely makes the job look easy! (Six cars and DoorDash orders all came in within about 30 minutes, one after the other.) Still, she got my order right and out the fastest I’ve ever gotten my order! And it was SOOOOO GOOD!!! Thanks so much for being you! I look forward to coming back and will definitely come to this location from here on out because of this amazing experience.

The food was fresh and made with care. Despite a short wait due to how busy they were, our carhop, Javi, provided excellent service. He was courteous, attentive, and managed multiple orders with urgency. The new staff and management are a big step up from the previous team. Very impressed with the overall experience, and I’ll definitely be returning — especially now that this location is open 24 hours.

I ordered 2 sonic double bacon cheeseburgers the receipt even said what i ordered and they gave me 2 sonic cheeseburgers with onions , ONIONS DONT EVEN COME ON IT , plus theres no bacon . i usually love sonic’s but what is this , and. i'm usually not the one to write a bad review bc i work in fast food too , but this is unacceptable and disgusting ! do better sonic i would like a refund and to speak with the manager .

I placed an online order the meat on the sandwich was old and dried out and my chili cheese tots were soggy you can tell they been up a minute smh and that’s why I don’t like fast food

Literally the best Sonic I’ve ever been too. Not only was it extremely clean, but the customer service was outstanding. I got to meet the new general manager, Diego and he was so professional and friendly. I can definitely see a difference in the overall quality of customer service and food. Oh and the food!! By far the best looking burger I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. It was fantastic. Everything was made exactly to order and so fresh. The new management definitely turned this place around and because of him and the quality of the food, I will be a returning customer for life!!
