This smash burger had enough grease in the box to make fries. Then I tried to eat it anyway but it's so greasy I couldn't do it!!! Highly recommend not ordering this meal at this particular location!!!
Cold food, hot drinks. Ice machine is still out and has been for almost a month. The employees don’t care especially when items are missing from the order…. This place has gone down hill so bad. Not worth the money.
Food is never right and if you order on line when you get to restaurant and park where the sign says for you to and try to check in the app tells you you enter a wrong number. If you try to call to log in they don’t answer the phone.
The employees are great! The food is great, but a little overpriced. However, I just ordered the new Chips Ahoy Milkshake and my milkshake was way different than the image showed on screen. It was half and half with Vanilla and the actually Chips Ahoy stuff lol.😂 Oh well, it was still good though.😁😋
Received wrong order didn’t get a receipt. My rate would be a zero. Very poor customer service, poor management, . Health department needs to know they took food back into the kitchen that we had took home and had to take back because they got the order wrong. Sonic in Hokes Bluff.
