Went to Sonic today and ordered 2 corn dogs and mozzarella sticks and hamburger. The burger and mozzarella sticks were fine but the corn dogs were so burnt. Totally not acceptable. They were so dry and hard crunchy.
The morning crew is fine. The evening crew sucks to be nice. Very slow and rude. Will stop going here.
Went through the drive-through, everything came out in a timely manner, but all the food was BURNT. The insides of my large mozzarella sticks were brown and crunchy.
Food came cold, large fries were less than half full when delivered. Paid extra for a drink and didn't get the extras we paid for. The screen for the stall was broken. Asked twice for a drink carrier and didn't receive one. The lid on the ice cream wasnt on correctly and made a mess. June 9 2025
Extremely slow service. Waited over 20 min for drinks I ordered online.
