Service was a bit slow when I wanted to order at the counter. I stood there staring at multiple employees until one finally asked if I needed help. They were busy, but not so busy as to not pay attention to the counter. Guess I should have ordered on the app like I usually do when I’m eating fast food. Anyways, food was accurate and tasty. Ordered in drive thru. Ordering was quite difficult! Guy talked very low. Couldn't hardly hear him and had to repeat alot. We got food and it was not the best! Burger was cold, onion rings were way overdone and don't get sauces that we asked for. Used to like eating there but not so much anymore. I'll give it 1 more try.

I was having trouble with the credit card machine at your Grand Forks location and the manager Jennifer came out and very graciously helped me. All around a very nice young woman. It’s little things that make a difference ❣️

The food is absolutely amazing. Very delicious. We waited inside for 10 minutes and nobody came to take our order. It then took 15 minutes to leave or parking spot because the parking lot is THE WORST setup. You have to wait for the 10 carts in the drive through to go through and then you can leave. That is if nobody else pulls in.

Food was very tasty and hot. Better bacon cheeseburger than most places in town. The tots are a better alternative to fries. The drive-in portion can be fun and nostalgic for those of old enough to remember them. Wasn't very busy and took them several minutes to acknowledge me standing there. Customer should be your focus and not talking to each other. The strawberry shortcake slushie was brilliant and tasted just like a good shortcake should, it's a keeper. OCT29TH, the fried pickles were pretty good, just not crispy. DEC 24th, the Hickory BBQ and the Garlic Butters burgers are a good changing from everyone else. Hit the spot.
