Sonic Drive-In

It doesn’t take that long to complete two simple drinks! I arrived here 20 mins ago and haven’t got my drinks yet, but I do see the people in drive thru get their meals and drinks faster than the people waiting in the stalls. And someone in the next stall next to ours ordered drinks and got their orders faster than i did. This isn’t the first time, has happened every single time I have came here.

So much pepper I couldn’t even eat my burrito….

Just got 2 breakfast sandwiches- one bacon one sausage- bread was stale and bacon was 3 half pieces. - it all tasted like they microwaved the sandwiches. 10.00 for bad food. 🙄

There's almost no point to going to Sonic anymore. The prices are insane as well as the wait time. We order on the app and we waited forever. The other day we waited over 20 minutes for three drinks, one cup of ice, and five pretzel twists all ordered on the app. They were slightly busy. Today we ordered two drinks on the app and waited over 20 minutes, it also was not busy. The drinks were never complicated drinks very straightforward sodas and lemonades, nothing fancy. The best part of this is that the shift was getting ready to change and they decided to not put the order on the board is what we found out when we asked when our order was coming to us. The previous shift literally just said screw it. Thankfully the shift that came on and answered our question was extremely apologetic fo

I was charged double for an item and I ask for a refund but I was told I had to call a number and I "MIGHT" be helped,instead of just giving me the refund. I call the number and the number says it's not active. Whats the deal with that? I lost money due to that jank system. The girl at the window was nice at least.
