Sonic Drive-In

Has to wait 15 minutes for a small cheese still and med tatertot just to start driving and realize they didn't even put sauce in the bag.

Let just say I feel as dumb writing this, as I did with my expeirence at this sonic, here we go. The drive thru had one other car and the resturaunt was pretty much empty, so the resturaunt was far from any kind of "busy". After the drive thru forgot a simple cheese sauce for my order, that was asked for and even up-charged for. Going inside, was no longer an option. If standing at the counter for about 5 minutes wasn't enough, the employees just continued their day, with no acknolegdement of a customer presence and didn't seem to care. A staff memeber finally asked what was needed. When informed the cheese sauce was accidently forgotten in the drive thru, it was suddenly met with a snark remark of "We usually charge for the cheese sauce but I'll give it to you this time", like he was doi

Do not recommend. Take cash if you order. Do not pay with a card. Went through the drive in to get a slushy and a worker took a picture of my card. I called and canceled immediately. But what a inconvenience!!

Came on a Friday night at 10 pm to get a shake and a Blast, but couldn’t. Staff Decided to clean up early and started with the ice cream. On a Friday night. 🤦

Stopped in for supper tonight at the Flowood Sonic and was not disappointed. I’ve been here in the past and never had a bad experience. The managers and staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh and fixed perfectly. On the occasion that something is left off order during one their busy times, you get the missing item without argument or being made to feel like your trying to cheat the company out of something. Should definitely stop in and eat if in the area doing shopping.
