On average I wait in the drive through for 7-10 mins. Which is fine but once I get my food it's always cold. Today my sandwich was so soggy my bun was mush.the burger meat and tots were cold. Not a place I would recommend, if I wasn't working I would have turn back to get a refund.
By far the worst Sonic I’ve ever eaten. The tots were cold and hard as a rock. The smash burger I got was also hard and cold. They tried to cover up the jerky style hamburger with so much sauce the bun was soggy. Even the soda taste like it had zero syrup in it. The girl who took my order had to be told three times that I wanted a thing of ranch. This was the evening of October 22 2025 at 7:30 pm just incase you’d like to train them to their jobs
Great service very friendly! Food is almost uneatable. Dry tasteless burger, uncooked tots, cold cheeze
Ordered a Super Sonic Cheeseburger and was served two small Pattie’s that had clearly been sitting on the grill most of the morning. For the price they should be serving fresh 1/4lb burgers as advertised.
I understand if there was only one person working, I ended up leaving without my drink. I went to get a fast drink and left after 15 minutes without my drink
