Ordered two double cheeseburgers, got two singles. Always getting our orders wrong. Should have checked but my hands were dirty and I shouldn't have to check my food every time I order

Please for the Love of all that is Holy start putting plastic utensils in bags. How do you expect people to eat stuff like the chili coneys and not give them any silverware. That aside the food is great

Absolutely terrible. It's like they make a game of seeing how badly they can mess up your order after repeating it back to you and printing it correctly on the receipt. I've gotten used to not pulling away until I've checked my order so I can have them fix it right away, but today was special. I ended up having to repeat my order five times. Once because they entered the wrong stall, once because they hit the wrong button and had to start completely over and then I had to repeat every single item-twice. Twenty minutes later, I pushed the button to check on my order since i watched other people who came and went in the meantime and they said they sent my order to a different stall, so i had to repeat my order a fifth time. In the end, we got a single hamburger and a double cheeseburg

We can make milkshakes but our “Blast Machine” is down… HAHA I asked for them to just put the ice cream in the cup and throw the ingredients on top and they told me no! What a joke!! And I’ve never heard of a “blast machine” what in the McDonalds broken Ice Cream machine is going on? #disappointed

The food was horrible. The tots were cold and as far as the toast it tasted like burnt bread. The meat was cold. I threw it in the trash. This location needs to do better. On a positive note, the drink was okay.
