Sonic Drive-In

I had to repeat my order 3 times. I basically had to yell for the lady so she could understand and my drinks were still wrong. Service there has gone way down the last couple of years. It's sad that I can go to almost any other sonic and get better service and food for that matter.

Manager is super nice person but apparently employees are hard to come by anymore. You will not get a hi or even a thank you anymore. I don't usually review unless super good customer service but you would think we would be appreciated a little bit more since we are daily customers.

I ordered a chicken club toaster meal which was over 10 dollars to get a piece of a tiny piece of chicken that’s super breaded and doesn’t even cover half of the bread very disappointed and it ain’t the first time their chicken tenders are always so old n overcooked it’s a joke sonic used to be one of my favorites places not anymore since all I’ve had over and over are bad experiences common guys you could do better for the prices you guys charge smh!

Sonic customer service is HORRIBLE. When a problem arises with online ordering (like today) this location says there's nothing they can do and to call the hotline, while the hotline voicemail says to expect a return call within 48 hours. But I had a problem, and called Sonic 6 months ago about it, and I'm still waiting on that call. In the meantime I have $30 of Sonic app gift cards that are completely worthless because the app refuses to let me use them. When it comes to Sonic apparently their corporate-wide policy is "buyer beware" and that's what I'll be doing in the future - no more Sonic gift cards, bought or received, and no more trusting this Sonic location to get things right.
