Sonic Drive-In

Yesterday I rolled into this sonic to get myself a snack of mozzarella sticks and a medium sized coke with no ice. I gave my order in the normal way. By pushing the red button and waited. 5 minutes went by then 10, then 15, then 20 and I reushed the. Red button and kindly said, when might I expect my mozzarella sticks? Did not get a reply, did not get an answer. So I waited another 10 minutes and finally stopped one of the car hops and said, how long am I going to have to wait for my mozzarella sticks and Coke. She said I will check on it for you. She came back to the vehicle and said, apparently your order was not put in I will put it in for you and take care of you. Thankfully, this person had some customer service experience, which I appreciated, with a substantial gratuity when she bro

Sonic was fast today . Mozzarella sticks are always good. Such a good chicken sandwich. Corn dogs are so good here. The chicken tenders are good, too. Usually on the weekend I try to avoid it due to teenagers everywhere taking up parking spots and being loud. Usually on weekends every parking place is taken by unattended kids that were all hanging out, outside of their vehicles and vandalizing the order screens with indecent art

The food is good and so is the service wish thy could put a porta ourside for guests.

The service here is always great, however whenever I get a sonic blast there are only ever ingredients at the top. I don't know why they can't mix everything and get it to the bottom. When I go to dairy Queen all the add-ins are usually evenly distributed throughout the blizzard. Other than that the place is always clean, the service is great, and the sonic atmosphere is great. It's always fun to order in app or at the kiosk.

The carhop was VERY rude(Jaylynn you are not nice btw) she said “WE NO LONGER SELL CHERRIES🍒” The guy did not get my order right and he sounded like the “🤓” emoji. The carhop also said some very mean things to us. There were cherries in our drink when we didnt want them. My little sister is allergic and almost had an allergic reaction. -10/10 NEVER TRYING AGAIN, THIS IS NOT OK.
