Sonic Drive-In

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I thought the manager was a man. First off the steak that I ordered was undercooked and it made me sick the night after I ate some of it! I literally kept the sandwich and brought it back and asked for the manager who just looked like a car hopper. She came and said "if I didn't have the receipt she couldn't prove that it was from this store. " I'm wondering why would a person go through the trouble of taking pictures, bringing the original sandwich back to be lying about food that's undercooked? It wasn't my fault, so the lackof customer service and understanding was lacking every degree of professionalism AND the girl said "uh yea I wouldn't mind replacing it as long as u find the receipt because that is raw! " There was also a piece of hair in it

My husband never eats fast food but since the ads are popping up about this dill pickle combo deal he has been so excited to try it. First of all, the combo cost was $16.45, which is insane. Second, there were NO pickles on the burger, the slush was not as advertised either. The waitress was so sweet and helpful but the food gets a thumbs down 👎 this time.

I ordered three drinks none of them were right and they were watered down like they had been sitting for a while. Do not go here!

The Sonic in Vernon Alabama, this time was the worst meal I have ever had here at this location. The tots were either stale or the fryer oil was unchanged. The hamburger was cold when i got it home the trip home was about ten minutes . The best part of the meal was the drink. I was there at 320pm, the burger even after being warmed up was terrible. It must have been there in the store for hours.

Nicest Sonics I’ve been to. Never seen a location with a drive through window and this location had one (sweet). The drive thru attendant was very friendly and knowledgeable on menu. She made an excellent strawberry milkshake. Food was hot and fresh and the drink was strong and refreshing
