Sonic Drive-In

I am not sure what the problem is with this particular sonic. My sonic go to order is the super sonic breakfast burrito and every single time I order it here, they serve it to me cold. The first couple of times, I did not say anything, thinking it was just a bad time. This time I finally spoke up when it was given to me cold to the touch. The carhop was polite when I asked her if they could please put it on the grill for me, but she said she could not but that she would put it on the steamer for me. It came back lukewarm on the outside, I bite into it for the first time and its as though all of the ingredients just came out the fridge. It was like ice in the middle. I have had cheeseburgers all across the country and even the world, in town for a wedding and this sonic right here may have been the best experience I’ve encountered I got the double smash and then an original cheeseburger and can’t stop thinking about them both hope this place stays busy! Every time we try to go to this sonic in Clinton,La the mobile app never works when it comes to using the "deals", it let's you add everything to cart, apply the discounts, once you click checkout, it then proceeds to listen each item one at a time and say "unavailable", see pictures attached. In previous situations, we have pressed the order button on the sign and told them it wasn't working. If your ordering a large diet coke, they may say, you have to get a "route 44 or a medium". Never have this problem at any other franchise location. You would think management or the employees would try to have this resolved, and discuss the matter with the franchise owner, rather than losing business/customers. Haven't been to sonics in a while. But this experience was out of the ordinary. I was greeted by my service / attendant who is beautiful but what made it more interesting she was on a pair of roller blades had to been there to see the moment. But the service was spectacular and the food was great I always order extra out of bounds to make sure that it's fresh
