Sonic Drive-In

Yo sonic is good in all but I swear every time I come here after a school event it always gives me trouble, let me explain. So I walk up to one of the stalls press the red button and wait for about 10 minutes then I keep trying to switch them and waited for 30+ minutes and we have a tight schedule so we have to go fast and all it’s doing is dragging me along so I go to another stall wait for about an hour and I’m sitting on the curb waiting and some lady drives in front of me acting like she don’t see me like bro are we serious? So then I move to an open one for a chance to at least order some food. Keep in mind my friends already have their food. Anyways I wait for a while and I give up so my coach tells me to go down a couple to an open stall wait for 5 minutes and then somehow works li

They are sooo slow. All we ordered was drinks and we have waited 20+ minutes and they aren’t even busy. The food is always old and gross and sloppy

After seeing some of the other reviews, I feel like I'm beating a dead horse. All we wanted was 2 drinks. We sat behind 3 cars for 15 minutes and finally left. If someone has a HUGE order, have them leave the line and take it to them. Its obvious the staff there has a problem being quick and efficient. Drive thrus were built for speedy service. Management doesn't need to reply with the same old automated response. You have all the information. Just get it fixed.

The last couple of times that my boyfriend and I our order have been wrong a little bit, like they forgot the cheese on the tater tots or no onions on the burger but today our tater tots were over cooked and our foot long was dry out. Really disappointed

The drive through was very slow and the food was cold and had no flavor for $21 you think your meal would taste good being it was cold the flavor was not there I really like the foot long chili dog but as of today I don’t think I will ever buy one again and the tots were even cold and they are deep fried I don’t know how these food chains can change so much money for something and not make sure they are putting out a good product so disappointing. P.S. a worker had an ace wrap on there hand without it being covered with a clove or plastic so unsanitary that I almost called the health department. I hope my wife and I don’t get sick why did I eat it properly because we were in a hurry I’m so mad at myself.
