Sonic Drive-In

I’m not gonna lie, I’m usually pretty nice person. They gave my dog a pup cup. The food they gave me probably the worst I ever had from a sonic. It was the slowest time I came through as well. Some lazy folks. Glad my dog got to enjoy the food. I asked for tots. Not tots and fries mixed.

In general..this place deserves 0 stars. Went through the drive thru. Ordered 5 shakes. 2 vanilla. 1 caramel. 2 oreo cheesecake which were the specialty shakes. Get to the window. Pay my $25. They start handing me and they were all looking the same so I asked which were which. She said I don't know. So she asks other people in there they talk a bit and grab some shakes and hand them to us telling us what they were. So we leave. First, I'm all for a thick shake but this was like ice cream in a cup. Vanilla. When we got home we put them in a bowl to use a spoon. Found the oreo cheesecake ones which tasted only mildly like oreos. No cheesecake. There were a few oreos mixed at the bottom of the cup. Then the caramel, same there was a bit of lite brown ice cream in the bottom of the cup kind of

The amount of people that have left the exact same review about the complete lack of service is hilarious, i have the same experience every time im here i wait like 15 minutes at the order board waiting for service then drive up and wait another 10 or so for my food. really speaks to how much people really want sonics food that the two locations in Cheyenne are still open I've watched three cars bail out of line and give up while waiting in this line...we're at 15 minutes waiting now....Had to come back to add witnessed a fight at the window haha one of the employees screaming at the other one calling her expletives still waiting for my limeaid

After you spend 10 minutes at the drive in station, then being told over the intercom they are not doing in car service that you have to go through the drive thru. I decided to still give it a try. I waited another 10 minutes for somebody to take my order. So then I drove to the window to see if it would work there. Needless to say a gesture was given and went to Burger King!! A much better choice!!

Idk honestly had good and bad based on who's working the window. Seems always be someone different whenever we do go through. Some have been friendly others rude and extremely slow. Food had been okay more of why cant company keep anyone.
