Sonic Drive-In

Ordered 2 number 1s and I guess they ran out of vegetables but failed to notify me, also covered in ketchup when asked for mayo and mustard. Shouldn't be hard to mess up an order with only one other customer there at the time.

We came through and got some fries and a shake last week. The wall at the drive through is bowing out and cracked like its about the fall, employees should not be working in a building with structure damage like this!

I have no idea what inspired the cook to put so much mayo on my burger that I could barely make out the bacon, but it inspired me to throw away half the burger and never go back. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because of the delightful young lady at the window.

I normally have no complaints with sonic... and the lady that gave me my drink got it out very fast.. but tell me why I got my drink and like.. ¼ was missing... 🫥😒 If I order a large I should get a large... not a medium put in a large cup 🫥

Today I placed an order thru the Sonic app and noticed right away my order status didn't show it was in the kitchen yet. I simply ordered a drink and a sundae. So I pressed the call button, lady answered and said she will have it out as soon as possible. Several minutes passed again. Then I pressed the call button again, Kristen assistant mgr explained the store's problems and I was told the drive thru took priority over my order. Stote manager you should never put your assistant manager in this situation. If she is short handed then you need to be helping out until problems are resolved. This reflects on you and your poor management decision making
