Sonic Drive-In

I ordered a single medium drink at the drive thru. The receipt I got was for a medium Dr Pepper with a charge of $1.31 happy hour drink purchase but it was showing this receipt was for a cash purchase, note the 1.31 charge with the .69 change, this was paid with $2 and I paid with a card. Later the charge showed up on my bank showing $4.45. It wasn't busy at the time I was there, the was not any cars ahead of or behind me. It seems like this receipt was already printed before I got to the window too, it is clearly not for the purchase I made. I contacted the customer service information on the receipt and they said "sorry" and that's all. I called and got the order that my card was used for, a large vanilla coke and a corn dog. Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. There has not been one time that my order HASNT been wrong. Tons of missing items, incorrect toppings, the list goes on. They couldn’t care less either. It’s the closest sonic to my house, but I’m thinking it would honestly be faster to go to the one in Rogers because I wouldn’t have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my order to be remade like I have to do EVERY SINGLE TIME at this location. And to think that I’ve tipped every time (I usually place online orders and then drive to the location to pick it up) and the whole experience is still terrible. Learn how to deep dry food. It’s pretty simple. Tater tots were hallow. Been in the fryer since breakfast. Corn dogs sucked. The batter was hard crust that turned into crumbs. Like how can you expect a kid or anyone to eat this rubbish? This place sucks

The roads were awful, snow, ice everywhere... their driveway/ parking lot was well cleaned. No spinning or getting stuck..haha foid was hot fresh and just the way I ordered it. They rocked for being open today

Not sure how many Sonics in this area everyone has been to, but this is the one. Other locations are eh at best. I have never have a bad experience here. They get pretty busy, but almost never have I had anything other than a normal wait time at the worst. Food is always fresh, customer service is great, and they are fast. Thanks for the great job you all do, makes the day much better. 🫡
