Sonic Drive-In

I placed an online order. We then checked-in and I realized I had entered the wrong stall. Long story short...They told me that I didn't have an order. I showed them that I did and the carhop said she didn't know what to tell me because they didn't have it. I asked who was going to refund my order that I was showing a receipt for and she told me, "I don't know." Needless to say, got the manager who approached me disgruntled looking. As she approached ask if I had even ordered at the right location. As I was showing her I had, she then tried snatching my phone out of my hands. I grabbed it back. I informed her that she didn't need to be grabbing or touching my phone. She stated that she was just trying to look. I told her she should ask instead of snatch. Our order arrived 2 minutes later w

Ordered a kids meal the hamburger looked like a sausage on a tiny bun. Not worth the money. My burger was ok but the fries were so greasy and salty I just threw them out.Won't be back.

Lady who took the order rushed us. She didnt even let us finish ordering. Made my mom upset and she doesn't get upset about things.

I dropped my star ratings cause this place is about average. Sometimes the food comes out well prepared, and done right. Other times it looks like they just threw stuff together then threw it in the bag. Me and my wife's whole meal was unsatisfactory for what we have to pay. This is part of are meal. (Notice how this is put together, literally no sauce cept right at the end like they didn't care.)

Half the time the burgers are very dry, skimpy on the sauce and it tastes like the patties have been sitting for hours. Half the time the chili and cheese is on the outside of the bun on a chili dog. VERY skimpy on their cheese for cheese fries or cheese tater tots... polite service.
