Sonic Drive-In

Just moved back to Auburn and this is the second time I’ve ordered from this Sonic. Both times the order was messed up. I won’t be back. Tonight I went through and ordered a number 3. That is the double cheeseburger with a blackberry limeade and cheese sticks... after being left at the call box for over 5 minutes to even order. I also repeated myself three times to make sure they understood my order. I drive around and I’ve got a single burger, no marinara sauce despite the receipt saying I get two (this is the place that tried to tell me last time that they charge extra for them now) to go with my cold cheesesticks, and a plain limeaide that was weak and completely flat. However, my kid is now texting me that she’s ready to be picked up from work so I don’t have time to wait another 15

I would leave a 0 star review if i could. Every time i go to this sonic i have a terrible experience. This time i ordered a reeses blast and all they did was sprinkle a tiny bit of a crushed up reeses on top. No chunks mixed in the ice cream at all. Never going back. Shop local.

30 minute wait just to order food…. After trying to order at a drive up stall and not even getting a response I hit the drive thru. Watched 5 cars in front of me drive off because no one was taking their order. Finally got my order taken after another 5 minute wait. There was no one in front of me either at this point every one left. after paying had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. The whole time I was waiting I watched about 10 cars just leave the drive thru not counting the angry mob of customers standing in front of the building waiting for there food. I’m guessing there having some staffing problems. Might wanna rethink coming here. I know I won’t be.

Awful staff. Awful service. Closed the stalls early and didn't even leave a sign for drive-thru only! After finally being able to talk to staff and be directed to the drive-thru we received our order however it was wrong. I didn't receive the sauce I paid extra for, my pretzel did not have salt on it, I did not recieve sweet cream in my drink that I paid extra for and one drink was completely wrong. The staff then blatantly lied to our faces saying it was correct. I ordered a cocoberry cream and recieved some watered down, blue drink that had no cream and no strawberries and the staff REFUSED to fix it. GET NEW STAFF!! I honestly have lost all respect for this location. They consistently close early, mix up orders, refuse to fix issues, have incorrect order times, lie to customers to avoid
