Sonic Drive-In

The food is awesome when it doesn’t have HAIR in it!! And the service is great during the day but at night not so much we brought the food and the hair back and she still asked for a receipt when I got it like 30 mins before I realized it had hair in it. And as far as the atmosphere the night employees need to be more respectful I came back through and showed them the hair and asked for it to be remade and I heard the lady at the window say “can someone remake this burger we have a Karen” I work in fast food and someone coming to get their food replaced because an employees hair is in it should now be a problem or anything for the workers to be rude about when they would do the same.

I have eaten here 4 times in the last 30 days. Good value on the food. Very friendly and quick service. The indoor dining is a nice option. Wish it was closer to my home.

Ordered a chicken sandwich which appeared cooked, but had a gross raw texture. Husband took a bite and said the same thing. We both spit it out. Also, the restrooms smell like a Porta potty.

If I wanted ice cream I would’ve bought ice cream, not a shake. This “shake” is undrinkable. Do they even know the definition of their product? (Edit: Went to McDonalds for my shake. 10/10 would go there first next time).

Terrible service. The idea of a dine in Sonic is great but if you have shitty help working there it don't do no good at all. Waited for almost 5 minutes before getting pissed and walking out
