Sonic Drive-In

The customer service here sucks! I pull up to the drive thru and told employee give me a minute thanks. The response I receive immediately is if it’s going to be more than a minute pull up to a stall. There wasn’t any cars behind me. When I went to order my food I was interrupted twice by two different employees! I don’t know it took two employees to take one order but okay. The employee need training on how to be customer friendly and professional. Taking an order shouldn’t be so complicated and a customer shouldn’t be treated poorly.

I don’t know why this service is always so slow. Every time I would have to wait at least 7 minutes. Even one time I ordered ahead of time. For context, at 2:13 pm, arrived at 2:18pm, and got my food at 2:23. That’s pretty slow and its “fast food” come on

We have had multiple issues with orders here. I don’t know why we continue to. But will not be returning now. It took 3 tries to make a Blue Coconut Slushie with nerds. Then ordering a Strawberry Cheesecake shake, it tasted NASTY. Especially towards the bottom. We made a call and were given a refund at least. Hilarious how the employee admits “oh the strawberry cheesecake has always had issues.” Then maybe 1. Fix it 2. Stop selling it 3. Don’t tell customers that and making the franchise look terrible!

Was pleasantly surprised when I showed up and this location had a indoor seating area. As always the food was great service was quick and prices were still affordable unlike many other places. Only complaint was the tables were kinda dirty but as soon as I pointed it out someone came and washed the tables

I'm never going to Sonic again. Some friends and I showed up 15 minutes before close. My friends stalls weren't working so they had to go to the drive thru. This is wasn't true because my stall was working just fine it just took twice as long for someone to answer. We eventually got our food and we're happily eating it. However, my friend, who has MS, was having really gross burps. She went home not feeling well and later puke and was having diarrhea. I went home thinking my sandwich didn't taste quite right. Woke up early the next more with severe indigestion. Still experiencing this while writing this review. If you guys don't want to work 25 minutes before for close then that's fine but serving customers trash and thinking it's funny is immature and and inappropriate.
