Sonic Drive-In

This sonic sucked!! The service has gone down hill !! Dont know who they got working there. But it was by far the worst experience ever. Not sure if this is more during the evening hrs, but there also seems to be no supervision during evening business hours! Ordered food from the drive thru and waited for almost 40 min! They took forever to get orders out the window just for the food not to be fresh. Burger was cold. Meat patty looked like it had been sitting out for a few hrs and looked like they just kept reheating it. The cheese was charred but the burger was cold. I should have just drove out of the line after waiting for so long and not paid for the mediocre food we received. Definitely not worth the wait, price or headache. They need a food and handling inspection!!

Ordered 3 shakes, waited 25 minutes and what we got is inedible garbage. I cannot believe how unprofessional this location is. What a waste of time and money. Go to any other Sonic in town it would probably be better.

When I pulled up two homeless outside tent assembled next to drive thru lane. I asked for blue slushie with nerds in it and I got a blue slushie with no nerds and barely mixed when I tried calling about this no one is answering the phone I’m pissed horrible service, food, and atmosphere.

I always thought they skimped out on mixing stuff in but WOW!!! these new see through cups really show how much these scam us when they charge an outrageous price literally just for vanilla ice cream with a little tiny bit of toppings this is actually ridiculous!!! Also waited for ever when there were barely anybody there!!!

It's hump day, and I found myself straddling a hump... Anytime you order something that should be served in a certain position, you assume (my fault, I know) that one would serve it correctly, right?! Well, not today. I was handed my bag through the drive thru window, and this is what I received for my All-American dog. Didn't even get a plastic fork! Take a look at the photos. So disappointed. Yes, I can put the toppings back on, but that's not the point.
